About Rutyne

Built by an operator who's been in the seat.

Rutyne was founded by RJ Lange, a real estate executive and managing broker with more than 17 years in property management in Washington's Tri-Cities. RJ started in 2009 as a REALTOR, property manager and managing broker, then spent nearly a decade as Managing Broker and Partner at Kenmore Team Property Management, leading and coaching growth-minded real estate professionals. Today he leads strategic growth as a managing director and broker.

A University of Washington alum, RJ champions trust, integrity and scalable growth through operational excellence, and now brings that experience to owners who want their companies to run better.
